Down, But Not Out

An introspective examination of the tragedy of homelessness in the richest society ever to exist on Earth

Homelessness is not an accident. Homelessness is not a problem. Homelessness is a political agenda. Why else would there be so many homeless people in the richest country that ever existed on the face of this planet.

Democracy Is Dead

I recently learned that to have any hope of getting elected, a candidate for the Presidency of the US has to spend FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS on his campaign. What this means to the voting public is that each and every candidate has been bought and paid for and owes total fidelity to the fat cats who back him.

If the 10% rule applies in Canadian politics as it does in most things, Stephen Harper must have spent FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS to get elected last time and will have to spend that much again to get re-elected. NO WONDER HE CONSISTANTLY LEGISLATES IN FAVOUR OF HIS MASTERS.

I hear you my friend. The Americans seem to believe it's their duty to impose their style of society on the whole world. Especially if they can grab some oil.
